The client is the Enova fuel-station network, which asked for a modern digital platform that unites every site in the network and makes it easier for clients to interact with the brand.

Main goal

Increase client loyalty and operational efficiency by introducing a single system for sales, promotions and loyalty.

We built a complete system that includes:

We researched client behavior at fuel stations, studied competitors and the company's internal processes. We used operator interviews, mystery shopping and CRM analysis. That pointed to the growth levers - service speed and retention of regular clients. From the data we built user scenarios for the app and the loyalty system.

Technology stack:

The frontend is built on React and Next.js, which gave high load speed and scalability. The backend is NestJS with PostgreSQL, which made it possible to manage user data and analytics flexibly. The choice came from the client's need for a fast, reliable architecture that can integrate with ERP.

Testing and product release

We ran unit, integration and load tests.

Main difficulty

was a well-secured connection between the operator and client apps and the client's system.

Result

We managed to build a system with protection against fraudulent manipulation.

Deployment was on a dedicated server with a backup contour. After release we set up technical support and further product development.

Summary

This project helps the client test a new B2B sales channel. With a complete approach, Enova received its own mobile apps for managing corporate refueling, covering every process - from loyalty programs to analytics. We gained valuable experience and continue working with the company. The Enova team still has many strong ideas that we bring to life together.

This case showed how a considered ecosystem can fully change how a familiar service is perceived. Enova is no longer just an offline fuel-station network, but a digital service for what comes next.
