Idea and task
The client - a large taxi service - wanted a single digital platform to unite every company process: from taking orders and managing the fleet to analytics and finance.
Main goal
Create a modern ecosystem that keeps the business stable, makes drivers' work easier and makes ordering a taxi as convenient and fast as possible for clients.
Solution
We proposed building the project from scratch - a complete system where every part works in sync with the others.

The logic is built so the client gets transparent control, fewer manual processes and room to scale without technical barriers.
The system automated key operations:
Order and route handling
Settlements between drivers and the company
Balance management and payouts to a card from the app;
Work with the order exchange - buying or selling requests is now one click from CRM, with no manual data entry.

Delivery stages
Analytics and research - studied the company's business processes, staff workflows, and requirements for security and speed.
Prototyping - designed user flows and screen structure, and defined key roles and scenarios for drivers, clients and dispatchers.
Design - designed a brand book, a custom color system and a UI built for intuition and field use.
Development - built several modules: ERP, mobile apps, a website and an integration API.
Integrations - connected analytics, maps, CRM and the order exchange.
Testing and optimization - ran load and UX tests to keep the product stable and easy to use on every device.
Release and support - launched the system, published the apps and continue technical support.
Analytics
To understand user scenarios we ran interviews and modeled workflows. That revealed critical interaction points and led to logic that needs no training even for new staff.
The result is a close match between functionality and real tasks, and less time lost on operations.
Prototype
Three key directions were designed:
Separately we designed the order-exchange logic: the system fills in data automatically when buying or selling orders, so staff no longer enter it by hand.
Design
We chose a minimal visual concept in a light palette that underlines the brand's lightness and technology.
Accent yellow tones strengthen the sense of motion and speed.
Every element is designed for daily use - readable type, comfort in motion, contrast and clean typography.
Development
The team built a complete solution with modular architecture and stable work under high load.
