Development stalls on missing files more often than on missing talent. Send the logo in a vector, the fonts you are allowed to use, and two examples of copy in the real language of the site. A moodboard helps. A 60-page brand book on day one rarely does.

We need a sample of real data: ten products, a typical lead, a price list, a user who would actually log in. Staging access to the CRM or ERP comes next, even read-only. Fake lorem in the catalog hides the hard cases.

Assets and brand

Name one person who can answer in two working days: copy, legal, “this filter stays”. A committee of seven in a chat will add weeks. VIQQ can work with your team - we still need a single yes.
